Hermiston

Though we didn't read any books about elves and fairies, tear out any puncture vines, shoot holes into walls, or pull any fire alarms in front of teachers, we had a really great time in Hermiston. I got to actually see the place Trev grew up, which was cool, and Trev got to say a final goodbye. Thanks to everyone who made the trip out for such a short time! Here are some pics from our trip to Mom and Dad's.

Makayla had her hands up in the air for at least two minutes

We hiked the Butte. Mmm... Mom and Dad's house is somewhere back there...

We went and played at the "beach." Makayla loves the water, and quickly realized that she also loves sand. We had so save her from getting a mouth full of it a couple times. In the end though, she prevailed and was super sorry that she did.

Rio Tinto Family Night

Rio Tinto sponsored a family night at Rio Tinto Stadium yesterday. It included free food, live music, face-painting, balloon-animals, a raffle, and an outdoor movie. We had a blast. Because we took the Condie's (my Sister and her family) to it, we do not have many pictures of the Bell's. Apparently, Trevor would rather take pictures of them. Here is what we did get:
