3 Months Old

 Audrey is three months old already. Time is going by so quickly! She is a healthy 14 lbs, is quite the chatter box, and has the biggest smile! We all love her and are so happy that she joined our family.

Only five days old...

In the Hospital

  Audrey Jade Bell minutes after she joined us.

 Makayla loved taking "Baby Laundry" for walks around the hospital. She also wanted to take her for a walk outside, but gave up on those ideas when alarms started going off and nurses came running yelling "CODE PINK!" I think she got the urge to set off alarms from her dad.

One of our favorite things from the week is Makayla continuing to refer to her sister as "Baby Laundry." Love it. Beth is trying to cure her of the pronunciation mix-up. Trevor not so much, I think it would be awesome if Audrey kept the nickname "Laundry" for years to come. I guess I am still just a little sad that "Athena" never stuck with Makayla.

Audrey Jade Bell

Here is my first post about our new daughter...Audrey Jade Bell.
She was born on April 2nd at 11:50 AM. She was 7 lbs 5 oz and was 19.25 inches tall.

And, here she is with Big sis. Makayla is a huge Audrey fan. She feels like Audrey should always have a binky, and that Makayla should constantly be adjusting said binky. Little scary at times, but with enough parental supervision we have avoided suffocation.

For not much longer...

Makayla is going to be an only child for not much longer. Since I am having a baby tomorrow, I decided to post a few pictures and a little update on Makayla.

I can't believe how big she is. She puts a smile on my face everyday. Though, she also is very good at driving me a little crazy too. :) She is going to be such a great sister.

A Piece of Cake

I had to post a picture of this because it is just so stinkin' cute. My friend Carrie is the creator. I take no credit at all, other than being nine months pregnant which inspired such a creation. ;)

Turning Two

Makayla has turned two. I am not sure how this happened! She had a fish themed birthday party. She is a little obsessed with fish right now. We don't even own Finding Nemo, so I am not sure where it came from... but she loves them. Anyway, here are some pictures of our celebrations.
