Just two quick updates. 1) We finally finished all of the requirements to get our basement as a legal accessory apartment. Projects included seismic straps on the water heater, a hand rail, two new windows, small steps to get up to the windows, smoke detectors, and special plugs by water sources. Most of the projects were pretty simple. We are just glad that the windows are done.
2) Now that we are all legal... we have decided that it is time to try and sell. We knew that we would eventually move closer to work because Trev commutes a total of 110 miles a day, but we thought it would be in a year or two. We both feel really good about our decision, and look forward to an area that doesn't feel like we are still at BYU.

Such fun...I love change. OK honestly I've had enough to last me for a while but good for you. It will be fun and especially nice to have all the extra time together and sleep without that drive. Keep us updated and can't wait to see you next weekend. :O) I think that's the one you said you were coming on. :O)
